Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The seal on the product has not been broken (especially for chemical products).
  • The receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Sale items (unless defective).
  • Items returned after the 7-day period.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (M-Pesa or Bank Transfer) within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@agristar.co.ke or call our customer care for an exchange or refund at no extra cost.
