We ship nationwide across all 47 counties in Kenya. We utilize professional courier services and are also building out our own logistics fleet to better serve our farming partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are as follows:

• Within Nairobi: 1–2 business days.
• Upcountry: 3–5 business days, depending on location and courier schedule.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery county and the weight of your order. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates for all our customers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with your tracking information (where available). You can also view your order status through our website's dashboard.

5. Handling and Security

We ensure all products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. For chemical products, we adhere to safety regulations for handling and transportation.
